The Secret Name Work


1. Finding Your Secret Name

      In a Secret Name Work, the name is you and you are the name. There is no differentiation between the two. It does not represent you like your given name, craft name, or your tree name. The secret Name and You are one and the same. It is the true essence of You.
Say:

"I Want To Know My Own True Name.
The Name That Is My Own True Essence Will Arise."

      Chant this at every opportunity until your own true name arises. There will be absolutely no doubt in your mind when you learn your own true name. If there is a moment of hesitation or doubt, then this is not your own true name and you must continue to do this work until your own true name arises.



2. Naming With The Eternity Clause

      Put this into a chant with your own personal ritual. You must Merge on this. Say:

      "No one will ever be able to do any magickal work against me unless they know my own true name, and if, by any act of magick or by any other way, they should discover my own true name, in order for them to use it against me, they must first count all of the grains of sand on Mars* consecutively, before they can use it against me."

      It is very important that this Work be done properly, and remember, that you must Merge on this. This is a Work which is considered a Sub-Work. Your next "Little Work" will be THE BINDING, and before starting on your next "Little Work", your Secret Name must be in place to avoid any possible negative side effects, depending on who or what that you decide to Bind.

     * This phrase may be changed to all of the atoms in the universe, in consecutive order or some other seemingly impossible task, depending on what works for you.
