The Order of the Ritual of a Little Work


1.
You begin with this premise: that salt is pure already, and a purifier. You take a bowl of water and put some salt in it.

You take a sprig of greenery, or evergreen and dip it in the water and sprinkle the area that is to be used for the Work. You may simply say, as you do, these words: "Be gone from here all evil and foulness. Be gone from this place, in Our Lady's Name!"
3.
You set the table or "Altar" with all the instruments, tools and various items that you are going to need for the Work.
4.
If you are going to use certain special chants, then set them where you can see them plainly.
5.
Put the object (if you have one) that represents the Goddess in a special place where all your chants and most important gestures may be made in its direction or before it.
6.
Perform the Work.
7.
If you have done a Negative Work, then purify yourself, and the area, and then put everything away.
