At the advent of the Awareness of the Boundless in a human mind a "reflection" begins to arise in the Ground of Being. It is a reflection of the very essence of a person. As we develop in our understanding of the Concept of Oneness the reflection is us becomes more clear, more bright, and AWARENESS arises there. It grows stronger as we grow in the Wisdom of the Boundless, and in the Understanding of how to apply the Laws and Principles of Oneness.
What is this "reflection"? It is your SELF. The potential for IT has always existed in the eternal now. But IT will arise only if your mind begins to understand the Concept of Oneness. On the day that you become convinced that you are the Boundless and that THAT is you, at that instant, in the Ground of Being, your SELF begins to arise. But suppose that you never do anything with this insight? Well, then, your SELF will not develop to any degree at all. And, suppose that you develop rather far in the Concept of Oneness but your ego-importance gets out of hand and you fo into "mind-sickness, well, what then? Your SELF will grow weaker and weaker and almost fade away as long as your "mind-sickness" lasts. If you die without ever becoming fully AWAKE your SELF will fade completley back into the Ground of Being. If you stay on the Path of the Great Adventure there will come a time in which you will confront your SELF. This Confrontation is that event that is called the GREAT WORK. The GREAT WORK that turns base metal into GOLD. The ancient formula says: as above, so below! When the Hero enters into the Third Merging he confronts his SELF. They embrace like Lovers reunited. They become ONE. A god is born! And then the Runes of the Abyss are fully understood. Where to now, Hero?!!! |
